2018 Chevrolet Cruze LT Hatchback Auto

I had a great experience here! Unfortunately my last car was totaled and Toyota of Ann Arbor made the process quick and easy to replace my old car. I'm so happy with my purchase and Conor and Michael were excellent with making sure I understood the process as well as giving me time to collect everything I needed for the purchase. I'm happy to be going back for any maintenance I need for the new car and possibly cars in the future!

I stopped by on Saturday 2/10/24 with the intent of buying a Tacoma. I drive through the lot and found a black 2024 Tacoma, my favorite color for a vehicle. I went into the showroom and it was crazy busy. I found Salesperson Mona Black and asked if she was available. Mona told me that she had some customers on a test drive but would help me. I told her that I was interested in a black Tacoma. She said, “ This is meant to be because I have the keys right here.” The Tacoma was just delivered and had not yet been processed. I was able to drive the truck around the lot but couldn’t take it on the road as all the safety features had not been turned on yet. I knew that I wanted this truck just driving it around the lot. We settled on the price and I bought the truck. It was painless and Mona was the best! I’ve had the truck for 3 days now and have 200 miles on it. I love it!

I needed to either purchase or turn in my leased 2021 Camry. I do not love car shopping, and had just had shoulder surgery ughhh... My sales person Tyler Doyle was super helpful and did everything he could to help me find a new lease, and kept my payments very reasonable. I absolutely love the 2024 Camry. It handles well, and rides like a dream. I will be revisiting Tyler in 36 months.
