2004 Buick Rendezvous

First time doing a trade in for a brand new vehicle. Parker and JR made the experience assuring and pleasant because they gladly answered my Many questions. I have had an ongoing issue with the radio on my 22 Tahoe which is still under warranty. Midway has done everything in their power to resolve this. While it has not be resolved they are determined to seek answers through GM. They are not satisfied unless i am as well.

Robert has been so patient as I have looked for the perfect SUV to replace my two year old Honda. He was so easy to work with. He is funny, sincere, and never made me feel any sort of pressure. I loved his personality and his willingness to put me into vehicles that he already knew would be a good fit for what we had previously discussed. He is a gentleman, who knows his stuff.
