2010 Chevrolet HHR Panel LS

So we have dealt with this dealership for almost a few years now, and just 2 weeks ago we purchased a 2026 Chevy Silverado. Cassie has always been our go to when we are there. She is absolutely amazing, friendly, kind, answers all our questions. Just 100% there for anything we need. Cassie goes above and beyond with literally everything. Michael Forde in finance dept is incredible! Friendly and was able to work with us getting the best deal. Service department, Rich is amazing!! He is there to answer and give any updates and just top notch service..just a great guy!! Nora and the other ladies at the cashier desk are always extremely helpful as well. Also don't want to forget Brandon, Zoey, Alex, and Rue also in the service dept. for all of their help as well with our truck. My husband and I are extremely grateful for all of you and appreciate you all so much!! We only and will only as always recommend this dealership. Thank you all again!!!

I had a very positive experience here! Brandon and the entire team were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. My car was repaired much faster than I expected, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I’m very grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend this dealership to others!

This review is a little bit late as I bought my first new car back in October, but I had been skeptical of reviewing something before I really got a good feel for it. With that being said, I had an amazing experience with Chuck. I walked in a little early for an appointment to see the car I was interested in, he got me in quick and gave me the reigns to drive it, answered the million questions I had, and really let me get as much of a feel for it as I needed. His personality was super chill, not pushy, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the business. There were a few bumps (not the companies fault whatsoever) that made the process take a bit longer, but he made sure we were comfortable while waiting. When he officially gave me the keys, he sat in there with me to show me all the cool new features my car had which was the icing on the cake! I’d recommend Chuck to anyone looking to buy a car! I haven’t dealt with the service department just yet, but I’m hoping service stays just as great (:
