Salesman, Michael, was very professional and understanding of what vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was helpful in negotiating a fair price and in answering all my questions. He had no problem with allowing me to take the vehicle to be inspected and test driven by my own personal mechanics. The only complaint I had was not being able to get what I considered to be a fair trade in value for the 2006 Honda Pilot I traded in. But in the end I felt I got an excellent deal. Attached are some photos of the Toyota Sienna I purchased.
I’m in the Rv business and after shopping over 50 dealers for the best deal. I was Glad to purchase from Giles. Without all the dealer Addons they was able to give me a good price without all the back and forth. They was so easy to deal with. The car was delivered to my work and I could couldn’t been happier with the deal. No games just honest straight forward pricing.
Byron was wonderful! He actually called in on my extended warranty for my car and found out I was still covered. So the work that would have cost around $2000 only cost me around $325! I had a rental car and Giles Nissan only had my car for 4 days including a weekend. They fixed it and now everything is great! The communication was extremely efficient and the labor was quick and not excessive. Excellent customer service! Thank you Byron and Giles Nissan!
