I had been looking for a newer vehicle over the last year and a half and have been to many dealerships in that time. I also almost signed paper work with one until the salesman became impatient and started to rush me signing and it was not a good experience! There was always either something wrong with the vehicles I was looking at or something the dealership did wrong. However, I accidentally found a Jeep Grand Cherokee on the GMC website through Carguru, that didn't even have a picture yet posted because it was a fresh trade in. I called and was pleasantly greeted by Diego, who went into great detail about the Jeep and he had superior customer service and knowledge. We setup a time and he was ready for me when I arrived. The vehicle was in what seems to be great shape and drove well, as well as checked all of my boxes. We then went inside and crunched numbers, he was able to get finance on it right away and was very confident he could get me approved. I then left to go pick up my kids from school and by the time I had, we returned to the dealership to get the great news that we would in fact be getting the car that day. I was then greeted by Kade, the finance manager, and we went over all the paperwork. The whole process didn't take more than 2 hours and they made the whole process enjoyable and smooth as butter. Oh, I had also had trouble getting my payment where I wanted and the right amount for my trade. Diego was able to bring back everything the first time and it was just a hassle free as can be. The were able to get everything squared away and we left in our new Jeep that evening. I commend GMC on their professionalism and great customer service. Thanks Diego and Kade.
