Bought a 2023 Nissan Frontier Midnight Edition recently. Sales person wasn't pushy at all and gave my wife and I our space. Overall experience with sales team has been nothing short of outstanding!!! Went to get an oil change and tire rotation done. Scheduling service using the website was flawless. $75 for oil change and tire rotation at a dealership is quite reasonable in my opinion. The service department from the top guy all the way to the newest tech are professionals. They all seem to work under the "team" mentality, because I'm particular about who touches my vehicles and they impressed me. I would normally do my own maintenance. I asked them to use a torque wrench on my oil drain plug, and to torque it to 25 in/lbs. The service Manager came out with a torque wrench in his hand and told me the correct torque specification for my truck was 35 in/lbs. Not only did they torque it to spec, but they had a place for me to watch the entire process with free snacks and coffee. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Salesperson , managers, even the financial person was very informed about the vehicle we were interested in. They seemed to care about our contentment and helping us to understand the technology and uses of the vehicle. We are very pleased with this dealership!

Ours salesmen (Ryan and Spencer) sales manager, finance manager and service reps were top notch. We were actually recommended by another friend of ours to go to Watermark and I’m so glad that we chose them. Their staff are all very friendly and very accommodating. I also love how clean the dealership is. Just the whole experience has been wonderful. I was trading in a jeep that I was very sad to let go, but for work purposes, I didn’t have a choice. I’m going to have to be driving a lot so I had to have a vehicle that was safer for longer trips. I was very worried that I would miss it and be depressed about my purchase. I don’t feel that at all. I’m grateful to them for the pleasant experience.
