Very nice, down to earth owners. Helpful, but not overbearing. It was a great experience working with them, and they made the purchase so easy.
My husband and I went in on a Saturday around 3pm. Their hours state they are only open until 2pm on Saturdays but we decided to check it out anyways because they had the car we were looking for. We didn’t expect anyone to be there but just wanted to make sure the ad we saw for it was correct. To our surprise they came out and greeted us with a smile. We ended up leaving with a 2012 Honda Pilot around 6pm. I am overtly impressed with their patience, friendliness, and commitment to helping us find our next vehicle. I am so thankful they were willing to sacrifice part of their weekend so we could leave satisfied customers! 100% recommend!
I'll start by saying Eddie and his staff treated me great from the time I stepped on the lot. I looked at several trucks before ultimately deciding to purchase from Eddie. The quality and cleanliness of the truck was better than most of the trucks I looked at in car city. No high pressure tactics,very knowledgeable of the vehicle, willing to negotiate and very personable. Rachel went out of her way to see if I had a tag to transfer.
