cannot say enough great things about my experience with the service department—specifically Jacob. From start to finish, he was nothing but professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I’ve honestly never been a fan of dealership service departments, but Jacob completely changed my perception. When my truck unexpectedly died just two blocks from the dealership, he immediately stepped in and arranged for a tow truck to pick it up and get it safely to the shop. That level of initiative and care meant a lot. Throughout the entire process, Jacob communicated clearly and consistently.
