I recently had a positive experience with Vann Gannaway Chevy after our Chevy Malibu broke down while traveling. Mark, our service advisor, was exceptional—keeping us informed with pictures and fair upfront cost estimates. The actual price was even slightly lower. Dean, the service manager, embodies old-school customer service. We arrive minutes before the dealership closed and another service advisor stayed late so we didn’t have to come back the next day to pickup our car.
