Worked with Jim at Chatham Ford, my first experience with the dealership. I was looking for a convertible for the summer and they had a Mustang Convertible on the lot (2014). Car was in great shape and went for the purchase. Negotiations were painless...price was fair, no hidden fees, doc fees were fair and there was no hard upsell. Post sale, after pickup once home I walked around again and noticed a nick on one rim...no big deal, but then closer realized there was a sizeable chunk in the sidewall of the tire missing. Called Jim, said bring it right back. He looked at the damage and w/out a second thought, had all 4 tired replaced with brand new rubber....I was blown away. We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Chatham Ford in the past 3 years. Our first was a 2021 Bronco Sport Base, the second was a pre-owned 2019 EcoSport Titanium and the latest was a leftover brand new 2023 Bronco Sport Big Bend Edition. I have always been very impressed with the sales staff and the office staff. Chris Brunco does a great job with the management of the dealership and working a deal that makes everyone happy. Our salesman Rick Svenson has always gone above and beyond to make things easy from start to finish and is one of the most honest people I have ever met in the car business. Everyone at Chatham Ford that I have dealt with, in sales and service has been helpful, pleasant and patient enough to take the time to explain any issues and things that we had questions about. We got a great trade in price for our old vehicle, much better than what I thought we'd get, no hidden fees, no last minute add on costs and they do everything you need them to. It's nice to walk into a car dealership where everyone is pleasant and welcoming and treats you like a friend. It's definitely a much more pleasing experience than dealing with some big box dealer off cape. The prices here are just as good if not better in some cases than you find over the bridge and the fact that the treatment you get here is much more personal just adds to it. I highly recommend Chatham Ford to anyone on cape looking to purchase a new Ford vehicle, they also have a great selection of pre-owned cars and trucks as well. (The Eco Sport we got for my son was perfect, low mileage and in pristine condition.) Over the years I have been to many different dealers for vehicles, this is by far the best dealership I have used, hands down.
