He worked with me for about a week and a half before I bought the CX 50. The manager is also very pleasant as he walks around, smiling, you can feel his positive energy. The finance guy did an amazing job at explaining every single paper that I had to sign. He was also extremely friendly and upfront and honest. We were in and out in a flash! This has been the only dealership that I have dealt with that has not tried to be sneaky with me! This is also the only dealership that offered me the Kelley Blue Book value on my trade-in without having to beg and plead. Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had buying a car!! We experienced a level of customer service I thought was long gone. Metz was not only straight forward and honest, but made sure we understood everything that was needed to process our deal quickly. Usually when you have such a great sales experience, you are then brought into the "executive finance" office where you get the hard sell and confusion on the intricate cost details.
