On Mar 17, 2024, my wife’s brand new GMC Denali broke down out of State. We were able to get her vehicle to Glenn Polk Chevrolet in Gainesville, TX. This was on a Sunday, so we would not be able to speak with the Dealer’s Service Department until Monday morning. Monday morning before I could contact the Dealer, their Service Department Manger (Chris) contacted me by phone at 8 am. That was my first contact and experience with Glenn Polk Chevrolet. Chris was extremely polite, courteous and professional. He received my authorization to get stated on diagnosing the problem with my wife’s vehicle. I was really impressed on how the Dealer made immediate contact with me, and immediately started diagnosing my vehicle, putting us first on their work orders for that day, which they did not have to do. Chris contacted me back that same afternoon and reported the issue found on the vehicle. He stated it required a specific part to fix the vehicle, which they researched Nation wide, to include with GMC Corporate, to try and find the part, so it could be shipped to them to install on our vehicle. He in formed me at that time, the part was currently unavailable, and even GMC did not know when it would be available. Chris informed me, he would personally contact me when they had received the much needed part. My wife and I then fortunately find a way back to our home in OK. During our waiting time for the part to be made available, Chris kept me informed of the status of the order. Chris later informed me, that the part would be made available on Apr 14 hopefully. On Apr 1, Chris contacted me and stated, they had finally received the part and our vehicle should be ready by the next day, it be later called me and informed me, his mechanics got right on installing the part, and they had our vehicle ready for pickup. Again, Glenn Polk Chevrolet got right on our issue and completed it in an extremely timely manner. We picked the vehicle up the next day. In closing, Glenn Polk Chevrolet went above and beyond my expectations in dealing with them! They were sincere in providing World Class Service to their customer! They showed true concern and compassion for our needs! Their Service Manger (Chris), was the best I’ve ever had the privilege dealing with! Their total courtesy, kindness, compassion and professionalism more then exceeded our expectations! Chris needs to be commended and given a pay raise!
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had, it was straight forward, pricing was fair and people were friendly without being pushy. I spoke with Tom on the phone about a car then he met with me and my family showed it to us and went over details. He didn’t try to sell us any phony warranty packages or play the silly games with pricing. When the time comes we will be back.
Highly recommend working with Cynthia. I told her exactly what wanted and she made it happen. I inquired, signed papers and drove off the lot within 2 hours. The quickest and best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.
