2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab Short Box

I purchased my vehicle from All Star and have had my vehicle serviced twice at the Dealership. The Service Dept has exceeded my expectations each time. I've been greeted on the service aisle within seconds of arriving. All service staff from the porter/greeter to my service advisor to the cashier treats me like a valued customer and that my business is appreciated. My Service Advisor Donald is very professional & knowledgeable & accommodates my schedule & keeps me informed of the vehicle status/time. Service work has been completed in a sufficient & timely manner & my vehicle returned in the same good condition it arrived. The cashier Lindy was very friendly & professional as well. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I've received & highly recommend your Service Dept. Thanks to a great Service Team!!

Great Experience from start to finish with Allstar Cheverolet! I was assisted on the phone with scheduling and a Shuttle. The staff was quick to greet us upon arrival, our Shuttle was provided immediately and arrived in less than 10 minutes. The Shuttle Drivers were very friendly and efficient with little to no waiting. Check out was pleasurable as well. The Receptionists were pleasant and attentive. Thank You to Everyone who assisted us!!
