I would love to give more than 5 stars. Our beautiful experience started by the warming welcoming of, Dylan Vanhouten. He helped us and Anson Salazar, he was the best. He was helping Dylan (he is new, but he is great at what he does). Anson, helped us to get the best offer, he always explained everything to us. Eduardo Penilla (Eddy), oh wow he is an incredible human being. Best finance manager ever. No one had ever had the patience and tact to explain all the financing details. Finally, Ginger Savage is a sweet and beautiful lady that help us understand all KIA'S services. We came home happy and with a great investment ?. May God blessed these beautiful human beings forever. Perfect and incredible charisma.

Truly cannot recommend Shaun Melville at Gene Messer Kia enough. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept our one year old happy in the backseat while my husband and I got to both test drive vehicles. When it came time to decide he was the perfect amount of available but not pushy. He quickly got everything set up for us and rather than us embarking on a 5 hour round trip to pick up the vehicle (with a little one in tow) he coordinated front door delivery. To top it off, he called and helped me sync up my Kia Access the m my phone and gave me a run down of the vehicle remotely. All the perks of being at the dealership without the inconvenience of the long drive from our more remote area. So impressed with his service and our new Kia Carnival.
