10/10 recommend!! Zach in Sales and Ryan in Finance made our experience AMAZING!! They worked so hard for us and did their best to get us into something that would work for us. We came from out of town and they made it so so worth it. They both went above and beyond for us. They answered my calls, texts and answered ALL of my questions at any time. We did basically everything over the phone so when we came in all we had to do was sign a couple things. My husband and I are so incredibly impressed with how our experience went. Went into Mandan Chevrolet to look for a Suburban or Tahoe, was leaning towards getting a Tahoe because we didn’t know if a Suburban would fit it our garage. We met Kevin in the car lot and discussed it with him and he gave us the option to take the suburban for a test ride and to take it home and see if it fits. We did that and the suburban fit! Came back and he offered us to take the vehicle over the weekend to try it out and see if we like it. I haven’t seen many dealerships offering this kind of service in the Bismarck/Mandan area. After having it for the weekend, we loved it. After returning it on Monday we purchased it! Everyone from Mandan Chevrolet was great to work with, very professional and personable people. The entire maintenance team did a great job getting both of my vehicles repaired. Had an appointment for one on one day, dropped it off the day before, and they had it completed before the scheduled appointment time. Everyone was extremely professional and Chris was very helpful! I'm active duty Army and the military discount was a bonus! Definitely will be back whenever my vehicles need servicing!
