I recently needed repairs to my 2017 Ram 1500 after having an engine issue. I had the aftermarket warranty program as well. Chris in service was amazing and went above and beyond to help me navigate the inevitable warranty company issues and worked tirelessly to help me get back on the road. He spent what must've been hours on the phone on my behalf talking with them and eventually got the truck back and it is perfect. I cant thank Chris enough for his hard work and determination to help me navigate the warranty company and their push back to cover the claim. Eventually it was covered and it was all due to Chris's determination and patience to work with them. I highly recommend this dealership for vehicle repairs and the entire service dept. is amazing.
