Excellent experience! I had been searching for a truck for the last several months, not in a real hurry to buy anything. Found a used pickup I liked at Bale and was contacted by Brad Bass. On Monday evening, my car arrived at the dealership. I decided to check on it on Wednesday, only to discover that my credentials hadn’t been entered into the system yet. This led to a brief 20-minute search with Jake, trying to locate the car. Thinking quickly, I hopped on a cart to help expedite the search. I can’t recall the name of the individual who assisted me on the cart, but I do remember he was wearing a black uniform. After returning to the service station, Jake promptly got me entered into the system, and my car was looked at the very next day. By that same day, the service team, along with the technician, Kiip, had my car fixed and ready to go. I’d like to extend my thanks to the entire service staff and especially to Kiip for their excellent work and efficiency in getting my car back on the road.
