2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ 4X4 Crew Cab Standard Box

We came to Folsom Chevrolet looking for our first new car. We were on a tight budget with a general idea of what we wanted. Met with two guys, Ace and Joseph and they were fantastic. We ended up getting a brand new Chevy Trax in an absurdly sweet sky blue color. Ace walked us through the whole process and between him, Joseph and Erica in finances, we were able to get the financing and get it all done in just a couple of hours. This place is really nice, everyone is super helpful. I love that it comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty because this is going to be our main car for many years to come. I’ve been coming here for years to have my daughter’s first Equinox serviced (RIP, totaled by a Tesla) and with the second one, have come to expect great service. Our Service Advisor, Devan, didn’t push the small service items needed and gave us a heads-up (with estimate) on the fluids change needed at our next service interval. Very much appreciate their fast service and professionalism.
