I rarely fill out reviews, but since the experience when purchasing a 2024 Canyon AT4X at Hatfield Buick/GMC was such a positive one I wanted to share our experience. I have been researching Canyon’s and Colorado’s since they came out with the Gen 3 version in 2023. Decided it was time to replace our 2010 Colorado that has served us well. I visited two dealership in person while also looking at multiple inventories on the GMC site. For my original visit to Hatfield I was met by Willie Brandon who showed me both the AT4X and Denali trims since I was still undecided. Willie’s approach was very easy going with no pressure to purchase so I knew Hatfield and Willie was in the running for my purchase. Once I decided that I was going to pursue an AT4X trim, I checked with Hatfield and two other dealers for pricing, my local dealer could not provide the AT4X trim so after a little back and forth with Hatfield and another dealer I decide to make the purchase at Hatfield and very glad we did. The process was seamless without any pressure for add-on’s plus our time spent at the dealer when picking up the truck was a hour maximum. We live about 30 miles from the dealership, Willie started the purchasing paper work before we arrived at the dealership which expedited the process and was greatly appreciated by my wife due past experiences of spending 3-4 hours to complete the process (even for a cash deal like this one.) At other dealerships we had to meet with multiple individuals during the purchase process while Willie was able to handle the whole transaction plus provided a tour of the dealership during the hour we spent at Hatfield. We would return to Hatfield for that reason alone even though our local dealer is 8 miles away. Again a big thanks to Willie Brandon and the Hatfield dealership for making this purchase a very positive/expedient one.

I haven’t purchased a brand new vehicle in 10 years but I do remember the not so easy experience of wasting so much time going back and forth and then feeling like I was being tricked into purchasing things I didn’t need. My experience with your dealership however was different. I appreciate the fact that the experience of purchasing my vehicle was seamless. It was fast and smooth. I appreciated the sales persons honesty and the fact that he didn’t try to sell me or trick me into purchasing anything I wasn’t interested in. I had already “cleared out my day” because I was expecting to spend hours and hours at the dealership but that wasn’t the case. I was in and out in about 2 hours or maybe even less. I felt like I got a good and honest deal and was just pleasantly surprised with the whole transaction.
