By far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. 95% of the deal was done online / over the phone before arriving so we where in and out within an hour. Austin, Jared, & Frank where great to deal with. They even put the car inside on their lighted platform with a bow, so we could give my MIL a proper surprise! This was by far the best car ‘purchasing’ experience I’ve had. Ray helped with the sale, he was very knowledgeable about the features of the ID.4 I was looking at, and he explained my lease options and how the lease end terms would work, as I have never leased before. After hearing about the vehicle and the terms I was sold. Through the entire process everyone in sales and finance were exceptionally helpful and friendly. An outstanding car buying experience.
