If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, stop by Ginn Motor Company in Covington and see Michael. Michael was professional and provided excellent customer service. He made sure that he addressed every question I had regarding my purchase and, most importantly, no back and forth to his manager's office for pricing, which was key for me. I walked out of the dealership with what I wanted and the cash price I desired to pay!! I drove 35 miles to the dealership, but it was worth every mile!! My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past seven months. Ginn Chevrolet had the exact vehicle that I wanted on their lot. They sold that vehicle the day that I found it. Ginn Chevrolet found me the same vehicle and within a week I was picking it up and taking it home. We worked with Deon Gibbs who was very friendly, outgoing, and answered every question we had. The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly as well and explained all the paperwork. We also talked to the General Manager while we were there. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ginn Chevrolet. I highly recommend this no pressure dealership if you are looking for a vehicle.
