I always go there, as opposed to another service location closer to me, due to the professionalism and service. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough, and I’d very much recommend that any Genesis owner in the greater Knoxville area to go there and not a different location. Genesis owners often say that the one thing that the brand lacks compared to other luxury car manufacturers is the service, but that is not the case with the South Knoxville location.
