2023 GMC Terrain

My experience here was second to none! All of the employees I worked with (especially Dan and Heyward) were knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. They were able to get me into a gorgeous Q5-E that’s by far the nicest car I’ve ever driven. Financing moved very quickly (not always my experience) and no one was pushy (definitely not the norm). I’d recommend that anyone on the market for a new car, to lease or own, make Audi Washington their first stop!

I recently purchased a new Audi Q3 from Audi Washington and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Brett Simpson, the Audi Brand Specialist, was pleasant to work with. He answered questions promptly and when asked for his opinions he did so professionally. At no time did I feel pressured during the process, which is very important to me. He simply provided me with the information I requested and allowed me to process it as needed. He demonstrated a great sense of humor and was patient while I made my decisions. I would be remiss if I did not include Emily Grove, the Business Manager who handled the transaction. All the same characteristics I experienced with Brett can be applied to Emily as well. She did her job offering the additional services and explanations that all dealerships do, but, understood the limit that customers will accept before the experience feels like a pushy sales pitch. I greatly appreciate she understood and respected my decisions. That's what this boils down to...respect. I have no problem conducting business with them again and will easily recommend them to the others.
