I recently just made a purchase 5/6/24 and I had a great experience. Octavio called me up first thing Monday morning after having interest in a truck over the weekend to let me know it was still available. To make a long story short, I came out, test drove it and bought it. To be honest, I expected there to be more imperfections than what the pics online revealed. Glad I was wrong. The truck was in perfect condition to be a used vehicle. That lets me know Moritz sells quality. The original owner took great care of it and glad I came across it. I had 3 other options that I was looking at and Moritz was very reasonable and fair, that I didn't even entertain the other options. Octavio was great. The entire staff was super friendly and worked with me to get the deal done. I walked away with what I came to get. The finance team was also great. You'll love signing your paper work, very cute team member ran thru everything thoroughly. You'll know her when you see her, lol. I came in with my own financing in which I thought post covid was the best rate I've seen. My credit is top tier and Moritz's lender treated me like that. I got a better rate than what I came with so I went with the lender Moritz offered. I am hoping to return next year to upgrade my fiancée's vehicle since I like the staff. Definitely drop in and ask for Octavio and be ready to be greeted with warm welcome. Good friendly atmosphere for sure.

Our salesman, Octavio, was great to work with! Fantastic experience across the board. Octavio is definitely a great asset for the sales team. We are lucky that he answered the phone when we called to check the availability of a specific vehicle. Daniel took care of us in finance, also an amazing asset to Moritz Kia of Hurst. He was quick and very informative and thorough. He left nothing to question in the process of getting approved and answered any and all questions we had. Very appreciative for the service we received across the board.

I must say John did a very good job getting me the car I wanted and the price range that I felt comfortable with. I appreciate the fact that John is very straightforward and honest with me and doesn’t just say whatever to get a sale. Ty in the finance department did a good job as well with helping get my APR down and making sure I stayed within the price range that I needed and felt comfortable with I must say both John and Ty fought for me and I appreciate that.
