The staff was super friendly! My salesperson (Robert) was super helpful and he talked through everything he was doing to make sure we were in the loop. I also really appreciated that he asked questions before proceeding with something. Made me feel very comfortable and didn’t feel like I was pressured to buy something if I didn’t want to!

We arrived early to look at a truck before the dealership opened and before salesmen arrived but Christy the office manager came right out and greeted us and helped us get started in our search. She was very helpful and accommodating and made us feel at home. Our salesman Tyler was great to work with, friendly and personable. He was open to hearing our concerns about things that needed to be looked at on the truck we were checking out. He was very respectful of our decision making process and never gave the hard sell. Betten Baker switched tires from our old vehicle to the new one, which we really appreciated.(since we had just purchased tires for our old vehicle) They also repaired a defect that we found during our own initial inspection.
