Wanted to give a shoutout to Nate, reasonable, transparent, and friendly, overall exceptional the moment I called. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the whole process was smooth. They also have a nice work station area, restroom, coffee, and snacks. I would break my car just to come back if I’m ever in Madison again, kidding ????
I took my vehicle in to be serviced for a recall. Everything went smoothly. Casey was very helpful and informative. The service department did a full inspection on my car and found other issues that needed to be addressed but weren’t pushy about getting them done at the dealer. I was given a list of everything and an estimate of how much. Good customer service is always appreciated!
