2023 GMC Terrain SLE AWD

After visiting another brand dealership walking into Maple Hill was refreshing. No pressure, no fast talk. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai. He did a walk around explaining features prior to my test drive. After returning from test drive I asked to look at another brand vehicle which he explained to me with the same level of knowledge as the Hyundai. I decided on the Hyundai. The buying process was equally as low pressure and had none of the highjinks of the other dealership. The finance office was also low pressure. I was offered a host of warranties that I turned down. The finance person was fine with that. During other car buying experiences I've had finance people actually get angry I didn't want extended warranties, not here at Maple. I would definitely recommend Maple Hill and will buy here again.

I've had my Volvo V90 serviced at Maple Hill in Kalamazoo, MI a few times now and their level of service has been top notch. Although they've been very busy, they've always made time for me, had a positive attitude, and followed through. Very satisfied customer!
