When I requested the removal of an add-on security line item via email, they respected my decision immediately and sent an updated proposal matching my out-the-door target without any painful back-and-forth. On-site, the experience remained smooth and efficient. They gave us plenty of time to physically inspect the car and run an OBD2 battery health scan with absolutely no sales pressure. When we discovered a standard trunk accessory was missing, they showed a practical willingness to make the deal right by cleanly writing a fair $200 credit onto the final invoice. They also matched the Carvana online offer for our trade-in with only a minimal amount of haggling. The final paperwork process was relatively quick and free of the unnecessary, drawn-out delays common in vehicle purchases. Be prepared to decline the back-end products in the finance office (such as extended warranties), but otherwise, it was a straightforward, professional transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
