2024 GMC Terrain SLE AWD

I was a little hesitant after reading the negative reviews about this particular dealership, but I decided to go anyways because they had the truck that I wanted on their lot. Here's how my experience went: I went in, test drove the truck, 2023 Tacoma Trail Edition, and liked it. I sat down with Satnam Singh and we started to talk about the out-the-door price for the vehicle. Like many of the reviews, I was bewildered by the dealership markup. Although it took the entire day, I was able to leave with my dream truck at a price that I was willing to pay. Thank you Mr. Singh, Mike in finance, and the Lodi Toyota team for making my first dealership experience a memorable one.

I was In a horrible car accident in February. When car shopping Manuel V was absolutely amazing! Talk about a guy who knows his stuff. He went out of his way to make sure I was absolutely comfortable and really made sure I would pick a car that would still put me in a good financial spot. Miss carol in Finace was absolutely amazing , she helped me in more ways than one. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was take good care of. I ended up coming a cross some issues with the finance company manuel helped me every step of the way and helped me get my situation taken care of. Talk about great amazing customer service.
