This is a great, great dealership. I came here after having some of the worst experiences that I have ever had at Cadillac of Greenwich. Their Service Department lied to me saying that I had had an oil change last August even though there was no evidence to support this like having a sticker on my windshield indicating that I had had an oil change at a certain mileage. D'Addario confirmed that I had not had an oil change. In addition, Cadillac of Greenwich told me that it would cost me approximately $275 for them to change my car's oil and rotate the tires. D'Addario changed the oil and rotated my tires for no cost.
