Some midnight shopping at work led me to a charger Don Moore had in their inventory. I sent an inquiry about the car, and a few hours later I was sent a text with a business card attached to it. I gave the dealership a half hour heads up I was on my way in to check it out. Zach greeted me at the door with a handshake and a key in hand. He told me to take it for a spin, take my time, and come back when I was ready. The car was everything the dealership said it was. No smoky mirrors and no hassle at all. I've been to a couple other dealerships in the tristate and had nothing but issues and felt like I was fighting them off, that wasn't the case with Zach and the Don Moore team. I loved the car and Zach sat me down and came up with the deal, which was a great one. I left to get things squared away. When I came back and hour later the car was cleaned up, gassed up, and ready to roll out. It took the team a half hour to close everything up!! The total time spent at the dealership was 2 hours and that includes a lengthy test drive. Nobody pushed anything on me, there was no stress involved in my transaction. I cannot recommend them enough. When the time for a trade in or another new car comes into play, I know I'll be shopping with Zach and the team at Don Moore on 54.
