I've been using foreign car service managers for more than 50 years and Bobby is by far the best. Being a service manager is an Impossible job, caught as one is between the suppliers, mechanics, owners, and corporate, but Bobby navigates all the conflicts with patience, ability, and grace. He really can make things happen. Even though he knows I don't want to part with my ancient Volvo, he still gives great, respectful service for both the car and for me. He puts up with my two dogs, finds me great loaner vehicles when necessary, and manages to coax excellent work from departments that don't always give it. He's truly amazing. Enjoy him now, since if corporate is smart, he won't remain just a Volvo service advisor long.
