2019 GMC Terrain SLE AWD

I had been looking for a 2019-2020 Ford Ranger for awhile with specific features. I had looked at a few but most dealers wouldn't give fair value for the truck I had which was in excellent condition. Went to Sioux Empire Automotive & had one of the best experiences that I've had with a car dealership. Dealt with salesman Trey, Sales Manager Brody & GM Taylor. All of them were very easy to work with - no games to play. They showed me what they could offer on my truck which was very fair. They let me take the vehicle for a couple hours to consider it. Once I decided to buy it, all the paperwork was done in 30 minutes. No high pressure extra warranty sell. Fantastic experience!!

We purchased a vehicle from them and unfortunately within 2 weeks the vehicle had to undergo some significant repairs for part failure. After that we were very uneasy about the car. They listened to our concerns, and offered to take the vehicle back on trade for the price we paid. They were under no obligation to do anything as the vehicle (like most used cars) was sold as is. We are grateful they worked with us on a solution that all parties found acceptable.

Absolutely amazing experience with this dealership. They have a very impressive selection of quality and luxury cars, trucks, and SUV's. The office is clean and very well kept with a very low key atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend talking with Brody as he was my salesperson, he was super friendly and polite to me and my fiancé which made me comfortable from the moment we first spoke. He had zero pressure behind his approach and that was absolutely refreshing to say the least. The BMW crossover that we decided to go with had just arrived so they took it in to have it inspected right away. They had everything on the vehicle in perfect order before I purchased it and Brody worked with me on the price which felt completely haggle less and more like he wanted to get me a good deal.
