2021 GMC Terrain SLE AWD

Went in for an oil change and came out with a newer bigger SUV. That was not my intention but that is how seamless and stress free the process was working with John, Adam and the Garvey Team! I'm new to the area and needed warranty service performed on our VW so I Googled "nearby VW dealers" and Garvey came up first so basically 'tag, you're it!' happened! I spoke with Heidi Roy to schedule service and made an appointment a couple days later. Brandon Manney was my service advisor and we discussed what was needed. He assessed the repairs and arranged everything. I brought him a rather complicated problem but he took care of everything! He made the repair process easy and when I picked up the car everything was exactly what he said it was. Very pleased and will be back. Plus, there is a nice golden retriever in the business office! Comfortable lounge with free coffee, it's all good.

Cramer worked quickly to get me a fantastic deal on a new car, saving me time and money! He was super easy to talk to and truly did everything he could to help get me in a reliable car within my budget. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!
