2019 GMC Terrain SLE AWD

I wish I could rate Ray Skillman Kia on Shadeland Ave in Indy higher than 5 stars. The business is top on my list. I had issues with my vehicle not related to any fault of the dealership. The team at Ray Skillman stepped up to the plate and made sure I was 100% happy as I had to deal with this issue. General Manager Dave Everett and Sales Manager Jan Anderson worked hard to get the issue taken care of and made sure I was okay with every step. If you are looking for a new car get ahold of Ben Arambula. He stepped in and made sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was worked on. He went above what he needed to do to make sure I was happy through the entire process. This dealership has earned my continued business. I have not had the best experience at other dealerships but the crew at Ray Skillman have proven that they are worth the time when it comes to getting my next vehicle.
