I knew exactly what I was looking to buy but it happened to be at the Newton location. My salesman, Daniel, was able to have the car transfered to the Salem location and ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. Daniel spent an adequate amount of time showing me how to use all the new features, and didn't try to sell me anything extra like most salesman would. However, I asked if there was anything I should know about before purchasing the vehicle and all that was pointed out were a few minor scratches, which I was okay with. Daniel knew I drove quite a ways to make a purchase with him, and also knew I had two young children. Being the first vehicle I've purchased on my own, I did not think to look at the tires before leaving the dealership. They were completely worn out so as soon as I arrived home I had to order a new set of tires. Even if the dealership did not want to offer any compensation, I would have liked to know before driving off the lot. The vehicle was purchased outright with no financing, so buying new tires right off the bat was not in the budget. Several days after purchasing my vehicle I received a phone call from the dealership confirming my address to mail a second key. Didn't make a deal the first day. Management called me and asked how they could get my business. I was honest and let them know. We were able to make an agreement. I got a very fair value on my truck and they gave me a good price on their truck. Win / win. Negative side. Truck wasn't washed very good. Full of water spots and some bird poop. I realize it was a Saturday and no one to do it. I do wish they would slow down the sales pressure. Salesman is a good guy and just maybe his style. We didn't go over warranty. Didn't see service area or who would I see with any problems. But I forgot to ask also. Plus side. Really the sales guy was polite. Sales manager seems ok. I had no intention of buying now. But the deal was very good. I'm 50 miles away so service won't happen here. I will recommend them to friends. Small town businesses need our patronage.
