2025 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

I had the best car buying experience of my 61 year life at Acura of Columbus on 08/05/23. The sales manager worked to get me the best price on a 2023 TLX SH-AWD A-Spec. I hope the service department is as great as the sales department. Update: I had my first A1 service on 07/19/24 at 08:30 and the service was exceptional and complimentary. They also vacuumed and washed the car. While driving home, it started to rain and I noticed the rain was repelled, so they must have used a rain repellent glass treatment. That was above and beyond expectations. The oil change, tire rotation and car wash only took about an hour and 17 minutes, so I was able to enjoy the rest of my day. I did order the spare tire and trunk kit because I'd feel safer with an actual spare tire since I live in a rural area. I hope to have it installed within a month.

I had called and changed to 11 from 9(with no problem about doing that brought up during the phone call) and initially it appeared to be a problem, but they were VERY efficient and got us done and out if there! [11/2 hr ride from Lee co and the friend who rode with me doesn’t care fir early mornings ????]. We had a fabulous rest of the day and I love Acura! Also met and talked with Paul Lucas-my new favorite salesman since Steve Jones left me??And he IS quite the salesman…kinda convinced 2 NON electric vehicle believers that it might be a good choice down the road!
