Most reviews focus on the salesperson or ownership, and while my experience with both at Davis Motors was good, I want to highlight someone who truly stood out: Mike, the Finance Manager. From the moment I purchased my truck, Mike went above and beyond. He took the time to thoroughly explain every piece of paperwork, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. What really impressed me though, was his support after the sale. Following my purchase, he has continued to take my calls and walk me through any confusing mail I receive — including the scam documents trying to sell you additional warranties that show up after you buy a vehicle in Minnesota - Paperwork that is in no way related to Davis Motors. Mike's professionalism, patience, and willingness to help have been exceptional. I sincerely appreciate everything he has done - He deserves a raise!
