2025 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

I leased a new NX350 recently from Charlie Treba this week. He did not jerk me around like other sales people had at another dealership - he was quick, professional, friendly and got it done FAST and with no hassle to me. My old sales professional had left the business and I am happy to have met Charlie. I will be happy to use him again in a few years!

Went in forb new braked. It was super easy to set up an appointment (they could have taken care of me the very next day). On my appointment day I was promptly attended to, set up with a loaner car and I was able to get on with my day with no fuss at all. My car was ready by the end of the day but they were very accommodating as to when I could pick it up. I’m aware that I pay a premium to have my car serviced there, but to me, the way they obviously value my business and the way take care of me and my car with TLC makes it all worth it

Charlie was very patient and kind. After 3 visits and a few test drives, I became a new family member to the LEXUS dynasty.
