I love our Toyota vehicles. We own a Sequoia (Brutus) and a Highlander (Eugene). Both are excellent vehicles. That said we want to keep our Toyotas all Toyota so Jordan Toyota was just a logical choice here. We got excellent service at a decent price. Our Sequoia uses 8 QT of oil, I paid just under $100 bucks with a tire rotation and 50 point inspection. The technician I guess broke a bolt but they replaced it and made it right. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. We've shopped with Jordan in the past and they lived up to the same quality service I got back then. Will bring Brutus back when it's due.
I had an amazing experience at Jordan Toyota. In total, I worked with 29 Toyota dealers across 8 states in the hunt for the best buying experience. The minute I walked into Jordan, I knew I found it. I stopped into Jordan Toyota earlier this year looking for a very specific, hard-to-find vehicle in a specific color with specific packages. I began working with Charlise LaBoy and she ensured me she was up for the task! Charlise was extremely transparent about pricing, timelines, and the process behind the scenes (for example, the fact that Toyota does not take special orders). I got a price in writing that day, using the VIN number of an exact vehicle match of what I was looking for. No running back-and-forth to get deals approved by management (this was a popular trend at other dealers). I got the best price up-front. When Jordan gives you a price, rest assured that is what you will pay on delivery day. Fast-forward to July, and I get a call that my build request was fulfilled. Once my vehicle was in transit, I mentioned to Charlise that I’d really like to see my vehicle get unloaded from the transport truck. She tracked my 4Runner through its travels, kept me updated along the way, and ultimately made that happen! On delivery day: No pushy tactics for extended warranties, no unwanted dealer adds, no last-minute sales tactics, just an uneventful close to a deal. Exactly how it should be.
