The part needed for the car was ordered about 3 months earlier. We were not notified that it was available. Our vehicle went from starting a little rough after getting gas to barely running. My wife called back at this time, and the part was in. Service was good after this. The time to service the vehicle from the time the part was ordered & not being notified when the part was available could be better.

I simply went in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed that my lower crankshaft seals had started to leak. So something small that could have been bad if not for the mechanics due diligence! The service department did great at updated the status of the vehicle and I was extremely grateful for the loaner vehicle! It feels nice to be back on the road with my vehicle and know that there is always a great place I can take it to if I ever have any issues as well as my ability to place my trust in them with my vehicle. I am so thankful for the service department at Ed Morse!

My husband and I purchased a Chevrolet Impala from Ed Morse Chevrolet. We worked with John and Hope and they made the transaction fast and through. It was such a pleasure, friendly staff and I love my car!
