2026 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

Built, ordered and purchased my new 2024 GMC SIERRA 2500HD AT4. Received truck in about 8-10 weeks. Great experience and great customer service. Had truck serviced and had a warranty issue about 10-11 months after purchase. Great communication and quick scheduling from service but not satisfied with the way a warranty was handled. Ordered GM floor mats when I built and ordered my new truck. The passenger floor mat had a bad spot like a crack in it. They were installed by the dealership. Truck is about 10-11 months old. I was told by the service guy that this was normal wear and tear and it would not be covered under warranty. I thought this was incorrect so I researched it myself and I found out that it plainly states on the GM website that my floor mats have a 12 month warranty.

I custom ordered an express van from here over a year ago and took delivery last week. Good luck finding a dealer that will even attempt to get an allocation, much less build it the way you want. Tincher was awesome! Great customer service and an enjoyable experience.
