2025 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

I was very disappointed that they advertised the car as a Honda Certified preowned car but after I started signing papers to buy it I find out that it is not certified in-spite of being advertised as such. I drove all the way from Lebanon (a hour and a half away) to purchase the car only to find out it was not as advertised. I’m pleased so far with the car and our salesman (Nicholas Springer) was engaging and professional but I don’t plan to use Price Honda again or recommend them. Update: Price Honda called me and let me know that there was a misunderstanding and that the car was certified and that they sent in the proper paperwork to Honda and to me. I am grateful they made it right and worked it out for me.

Very reasonable price point for a timing belt. Nice loaner while work was being done. Friendly service with prompt return calls. My only commentary other than this is the 3% fee for a credit card payment. This is not typical for dealerships I've patronized and it was inconvenient and an added cost.

I’ve used Price Honda for routine service over 14 years of owning my Honda Fit. They are very friendly, efficient, and willing to accommodate my travel schedule since I live 2 hours away. It’s reassuring to know they are willing and able to be flexible. Needed parts get delivered very quickly! When I’m ready for a new Honda, this is where I’ll go to buy. Knowing their ethical ethos, I’d feel very comfortable with that process, which can be daunting. Thank you!
