Everyone was very helpful and patient with us, allowing us to look at all the vehicles we were interested in. The Cole Chevy website also helped because we could look at their inventory ahead of time and see the specials that GM and the dealership had to offer. We also wanted to stop by Cole's because of the good reputation in their sales and service that we had heard about from our family and friends. Even though we live out of town, we plan to bring our new Traverse back to Cole's for servicing. Overall it was a very good, positive experience and resulted in a sale.
