Lucas did a great job as a salesman. He had good knowledge about the car. Lucas put in a lot of effort to ensure customer satisfaction. However, when buying from Automax Framingham be prepared for some delays. There were some delays in the paperwork. Also, after making the downpayment it took about a week before the car was ready for pickup. I recommend Automax if you have patience.
