Alec R and Patrick spent a lot of time with us, as we searched across the country for a Lincoln Aviator that would still qualify for the tax credit. Both of them were personable, patient, and professional. Even when we found the Aviator that we purchased and all the paperwork was signed with Elaine (who was also very helpful), Alec took an hour of time to sit in the car with us, and explain through each and every one of its features. I purchased a vehicle here with Brian Sich. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient with us. There was some minor damage on the bumper that we found right after purchasing the vehicle, and Brian was able to cover the small cost of getting it repaired. I would definitely give them a call if you're looking at buying a new car.
