2024 GMC Terrain SLT AWD

Overall pretty good experience! They honored my GM discount, no dealer price markup, no $400 wax job! I just wish they wouldn't push the extended warranty, gap insurance, made me feel uncomfortable! My finance guy was Nick, called twice had a few questions, no return call. That's okay overall a good experience! Dealership financed me at 7.69% my credit union was 8.1% that's with a credit score over 800, $6100 down payment. I usually don't finance through the dealership, I couldn't beat they're rate! Not sure what the dealership flat rate is, obviously they don't tell you, I'm sure they made money on the finance, that's okay I couldn't find better then the dealers 7.69%. I called yesterday and paid five thousand on the principal, this will knock about $1, 800 off the interest, over the life of the loan, hate paying this high interest! Thank you very much!

What a refreshing car buying experience! If only all dealers were so up front and professional. I've purchased a number of cars from other dealers over the years and honestly have not enjoyed the experience. Frequently, I've felt like the sales people have been trying to trick me into paying more and I haven't trusted them. I was therefore pleasantly surprised with my experience at Art Moehn. It's clear that the staff value establishing a long-lasting relationship with their customers over making a quick buck. I never felt pressured to buy or to make a decision right away. They gave me plenty of time and we always polite and courteous. Even better, the vehicle was priced competitively and no one tried to talk me into purchasing addons that I didn't want or need. I'm very grateful and happy with the entire experience. I realize this review might sound like it was written by a bot or that I was paid to post a glowing review but neither are true. I wrote and stand behind every word!
