My "Bonnie Blue Boy" is in the hospital and he is very sick. Somehow he got a hole in his oil pan lost all of his oil, and his engine burned up. Luckily, he has great insurance that covers him for all major repairs. But, I sure do miss my boy. Thank God that his insurance also covers a rental truck. He had to have major surgery. They had to take his entire cab off to take out the old engine and get him ready for his brand new engine. He should be home and well sometime next week we hope. Dr. Arthur-Head of the Service Dept and his excellent team at Duvall's Chrysler/Dodge in Clayton GA have treated with the best customer care one could ask for. They have called us with updates practically every day. I highly recommend Duvall Dodge/Chrysler. Barry Resta
We were on vacation in the area with our travel trailer. While the family was on the way to Tallulah Falls, my Ram 2500 threw a check engine light code. We pulled into the dealership thinking our day was ruined, because in our experience a trip to the dealership takes all day. We pulled in and were greeted by John Ochsner who quickly and happily stopped what he was doing and assessed the problem. He had us back on the road within 45 minutes. John and the unknown mechanic provided better service than I've EVER experienced at a dealership!
My mom got a flat tire on her jeep across the street from the dealership. AAA said it would be 9 hours until they could show up to help her, the dealership had someone walk over within 15 minutes to help her put on her spare. Thank you!
