2023 GMC Terrain SLT AWD

We had such a great experience at Valdosta Toyota with Mark V. and he helped us finding our car, a beautiful Cement Grey Sienna XSE. Mark is very professional, efficient and personable. We only spent two days from finding our desired vehicle to buy it & drive it home. The whole process is smooth and everyone on site is very friendly. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

I RARELY ever do reviews but I feel like I had to write a review with my wife and I’s experience with Valdosta Toyota but more so the sales guy, Mark. I’ve been searching for a Toyota Supra, manual transmission for weeks on end and was fortunate enough to find one at Valdosta Toyota. I contacted them immediately and it was Mark who I initially spoke to. Long story short, I kept in contact with Mark for a few days and was able to start the purchasing process prior to my wife and I even being physically present. Once we got to the dealership in person, we were warmly greeted by Mark and the rest of staff. We were offered donuts, water, anything that would make us feel at ease. The entire process was smooth until I had a couple hiccups (on my end) but Mark ensured he did everything in his power to come up with solutions; even outside of his power. Yes, I know this is a business but how he went above and beyond for me, clearly showed he genuinely cared. And I’ve been to plenty of car dealerships in my lifetime so I can easily decipher when someone has your best interest at heart or not. Overall, our experience was pleasant, professional and fun. 5/5 stars and would recommend anyone in choosing Valdosta Toyota. Ask for Mark! He’s the best! Jason Booth was an amazing salesman with great customer service skills! He was able to answer every single question I had about my new vehicle. He was very patient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, while helping me find my dream car! I HIGHLY recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
