2023 GMC Terrain SLT AWD

Had a great experience at Brad Deery Motors and they made sure I got the exact Jeep I was looking for. This was my first time getting a vehicle at a dealership as an adult and the whole process was smooth and simple. I want to start off by saying this was by far a great experience! Holly really took the time to listen and understand what it was I was looking for without making me feel like I was asking too much! The 2nd best experience I had here was safo my salesman! Not only did he go above and beyond to look for exactly what I wanted he never pressured me ONCE into a truck I didn’t want! I didn’t even feel as if I was dealing with a “salesman” I felt as if I was truck shopping with a friend! He even sat with me through the 2 day process and stayed until I was handed keys to my truck! AND HELPED ME CLEAN OUT MY OLD VEHICLE TO PUT ALL MY STUFF IN THE NEW ONE! Buying a car is a big deal and I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with salesmen and used dealerships! But not Brad deery! I drove 45 minutes with the intention to “just look” From the moment I walked in I didn’t feel “scammed” or feel as if I was being pressured into something I didn’t want! I walked away with my DREAM TRUCK yesterday thanks to Holly and safo and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve referred so many people today asking about my truck and experience too Brad deery! And as long as this vehicle lasts me I will definitely be back for another! I really was wowed by how friendly and respectful and supportive everyone was! Safo definitely deserves an award because helping me make up my mind is a hard task to accomplish and he did that! I don’t care if I live 4 hours away by the time I’m ready for a new truck again I will be returning!
